Mr. Miller holds multiple advanced degrees from Tufts University, Boston University, and affiliate programs with MITs Sloan School of Management, The Kellogg School, and The Wharton School. Mr. Miller sits on several Boards, including The Foundation Board for The College of Westchester and the Business Council of Westchester where he recently served as Vice Chair of Regional Small Business for six years. He is a frequent speaker on many business panels, runs several CEO Advisory Boards, and is a guest lecturer at several colleges.

Art Amler

PMO, Comp. & Benefits Design

Art Amler is an outstanding professional in the field of Human Resources,  over 35 years of experience in Senior HR Management with special expertise in Compensation and Benefits. A Certified Employee Pension Specialist, Art was a key senior leader at IBM for many years before transitioning to the role of Vice President, Compensation & Benefits at Ricoh Production Print Solutions and later becoming Vice President of Human Resources. As the Director of Global Employee Compensation of IBM, Art introduced worldwide market-based ‘pay for performance’ programs. These programs deployed broad banding, pay differentiation and manager-based budget allocations for both bonus and base pay programs totaling more than $2 billion.  As Director of IBM Compensation- Global Services,  Art directed executive and employee compensation programs, including delivery and design of leading-edge worldwide compensation changes covering more than 100,000 employees and 1,000 executives. 

At Ricoh Production Print Solutions, Art was responsible for directing and leading total rewards for 3,000 employees worldwide, establishing new appraisal programs, base pay, sales plans, performance bonus programs, and executive compensation pay programs. Art holds a B.A. in History from Lake Forest College and an M.B.A. in Labor Management relations from Pace University. He is a member of the Westchester Business Council, and on the Board of the Chiefs Memorial Scholarship Fund.

Dr. Michelle Brody

Michelle Brody, Ph.D. is both an executive coach and a clinical psychologist with 20 years experience who specializes in developing leaders, optimizing team dynamics, resolving conflict and improving communication effectiveness for business professionals. She has designed and delivered executive training programs and coaching engagements for clients across a wide range of industries; previous clients have been leaders and teams in fields as diverse as technology, academia, insurance, non-profit, marketing, health care, accounting, management consulting and law. Michelle holds a B.A. in Biology from Barnard College, a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from St. John’s University and completed her doctoral internship at McLean Hospital of Harvard Medical School.

Mike Busman

Harry Gram

Harry Gram has over 7 years of experience as a senior consultant with a major international compensation data provider, specializing in the field of global mobility. Prior to that, he retired from IBM with 35 years of service, 25 of which were in the field of global mobility. Harry had worldwide responsibilities for IBM’s global international assignment policy, its global expatriate management system, the global expatriate compensation structure and the US Mobility Plan.  These programs support over 4,000 global expatriates and over 3,000 annual domestic moves within the US.

Marc S. Miller

HRIS Consulting & Implementation

Marc Miller is a nationally respected authority on Human Resource Technology.  New Yorker Marc S. Miller has over 40 years experience with all aspects of technology solutions for the function of Human Resources including Strategy and Business Case development for executive leadership, cost justification, needs analysis, Request For Proposal (RFP) development, and Vendor Evaluation methodologies. Marc uses his significant industry experience and contacts to provide
commentary and insight into the important trends surrounding HR Technology and the overall HRIS / Payroll software marketplace.

A sought after speaker, Mr. Miller has addressed thousands of HR Technology professionals through his participation with such organizations as the Global Oracle Human Capital Management Conference  (OHUG) and a variety of HR Technology providers' User Conferences, along with high visibility at most IHRIM national conferences.

He is a founding member of the NYC IHRIM Association chapter. In 1995, he received IHRIMS’ "Summit Award," its highest national award for overall industry contributions.

Marc is also  an Adjunct Professor for HR and HR Technology in the Masters Degree programs at New York University (NYU) and Long Island University  (LIU).

Christienne Genaro

PMO & Project Management

Christienne Genaro has more than 20 years experience in management both in the US and internationally, with a particular focus on strategic planning and implementation, sales/account management, and product development.  Prior to joining DataKey, Christienne held senior positions at global companies including MasterCard, American Express and JP Morgan.  Christienne holds a BA in International Relations from Brown University and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business. 

Sue Davis

PMO & Project Management

Sue Davis has managed engineering, manufacturing and technical marketing teams at leading high tech and defense companies such as Sematech, Rodel, Inc. - acquired by Rohm & Haas, Motorola, and Texas Instruments.  At Sematech, Sue was the Program Manager responsible for multiple concurrent high priority projects for a key enabling technology utilized in many generations of IC manufacturing that continues to be critical to further scaling of IC devices required for emerging products. She has built upon her remarkable engineering, product development and process optimization expertise to become a powerful Project Manager, leading complex strategic HR initiatives.  Sue’s most recent HR Project Management accomplishment was successfully leading the M&A HR work stream for a Fortune 100 company (with revenues of $30B+) as she helped guide the integration of the Compensation & Benefits of more than 25,000 employees.

Jennifer Greenwald

Director of Communications & Office Operations

Jennifer coordinates all of DataKey’s administrative support with top-notch quality and accuracy.  She also specializes in writing DataKey materials.  Jennifer holds a BA in English and American Literature from Brandeis University and an MA in Education from Tufts University.  She is a certified high school teacher who loves to write, edit and brush up on her Spanish.  For seven years she was an English as a Second Language instructor and school registrar in New York City.  Jennifer has spent the past thirteen years raising her two children and so comes to DataKey with plenty of organizational and management experience.

Kristy McUmber

Assistant Project Manager

Kristy specializes assisting with project management and in developing presentations for DataKey’s advisory boards.  She is effective at enhancing written material with a strong visual impact. She is also a Social Media Specialist and Public Relations Consultant at DataKey. By utilizing various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, Kristy creates online visibility for DataKey, manages its websites and increases overall brand awareness.  She holds a BFA degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
